Signal V-13: NOVICE Driver

V-14 signal: this signal indicates that the vehicle is being driven for driving learning or aptitude tests.

• Cars driven by students during practical training.
• Cars taking the driving test for the DGT.
• It must be placed on the front and rear of the vehicle and be visible when being used for teaching.
• Blue; for driving schools
•  Rojas; cars with learner's permit
